We're very excited to welcome you to the Shield Hotels Team! This portal will help get you on-boarded so you can be entered into Payroll. In order to complete this paperwork, you will need to have the following items available:
Please keep in mind, you will be required to present your Social Security Card, as well as any documents required for your I9 to your General Manager on your first day of work. If the General Manager is not provided with these documents, you will not be able to start work. These documents must be Originals or certified replacements- copies and photos of documents may NOT be accepted. Social Security Cards May NOT be laminated or will be considered void.
While completing the New-hire Paperwork, please ensure that all information entered appears EXACTLY as it does on your Identification and/or SSN Card. If the Information is not entered correctly, you may need to recomplete your new hire packet.
Once you have gathered up all the Required Information, please click "Continue"
- Social Security Card
- Information on your Emergency Contacts
- Tax Withholding Information
- Identification including Details such as date of birth, etc.
